Roma have beaten Fiorenteri 4-1 in the Serie A final after a brace from Mario Mandzukic and a brace in a thrilling comeback from Fiorendina.
The Giallorossi have won their last three games, including two by two goals.
Mambzukics first goal of the season came with eight minutes remaining and was followed by a second for Fiorence with five minutes to go.
Mandzukich scored the second after an hour to put Roma in front.
Fiorenti were missing their best defender Domenico Berardi and midfielder Mauro Icardi and defender Alessandro Diamanti.
After the game, Mandzuka was seen with his wife by a fan and was asked about the game and his thoughts on the season.
“It’s an honour to score.
It was very important to score,” Mandzuki said.
“But I can’t really speak about my team.
I’m happy to play, but I can talk about the season.”
Roma boss Andrea Ranocchia added: “I have a feeling that we are going to play the best football.
The way we play, the intensity, the energy of the players, the enthusiasm of the fans.
I want to show the best of my team and I’m very proud.”
Fiores defender Mauro Bacca and striker Mario Mandza are among the new faces in the Gialloblu.
Bacca is set to make his Roma debut against Fiorengina while Mandza will be back after recovering from injury.
Diamanti is still missing with a knee injury.
Giallorazzi coach Alessandro De Marchi said he was not surprised to see his side so well prepared for the match.
De Marchi added: “I think it is a big day for us, it’s a good day for Roma.
We’ve always said that we want to win a trophy here, and this is our goal.
There’s a feeling here in the stadium, we want a big win.”
Mandza is set for a long spell out after suffering an injury on the bench during a Serie A game against Sampdoria on January 7.
