A tiger forest in Michigan, where the birds are protected under the Endangered Species Act, has become the focal point of a wildlife documentary series that’s making waves online.
It’s called “Tiger Woods,” and the filmmakers are making a documentary about the wild bird, which is protected under Michigan’s Endangered Wildlife Restoration Act, or EWSRA.
The documentary, which was shot in 2016, is a look at how the bird interacts with the landscape, with the help of an artist who has a PhD in biology and a wildlife photographer who’s worked with tigers for 30 years.
“Tiger Wood” tells the story of a tiger, a bald eagle and a pair of red-winged blackbirds, who are protected by the EWSDA, a federal law that prohibits the killing of any wildlife in national parks and preserves, according to the documentary’s website.
The documentary uses the birds to tell the story, and the project has gained more than 10 million views on YouTube.
“This is the story that you have to hear, to understand and to believe,” said Tom Wiesner, director of the Michigan State University Wildlife Institute and co-author of “Tigers in the Woods.”
“We have the opportunity to help people understand that tiger woods are the best place to live in the world.”
It’s a story that is very human-centered, he said.
The film is being produced by Michigan-based filmmaker Mark Goguen and his friend, Michigan native Kevin Kelly.
They decided to make the documentary because the Michigan wild animals they were looking for had been lost to extinction for more than a decade, according the documentary.
“We are not trying to create a romanticized version of a conservation program,” Gogunen said in an interview.
“We want to really connect with the people, and we wanted to show them that the wild animals have been around for thousands of years, and that they are thriving and doing well.”
You can have a tiger in a tiger forest and be happy, and there’s no doubt in my mind that that tiger has found a home in a Tiger Woods,” Gugunen added.
Goguner and Kelly said the filmmakers wanted to tell a human-centric story about conservation in a natural setting.”
It’s kind of hard to do something like this on television, but you can’t really make it if you don’t tell the human side of it,” Gaguner said.”
I think people are fascinated by the idea of a Tiger Wood, and they’re looking for something that is not just about tigers but also the stories of tigers and the stories about conservation and conservationism and conservation,” Kelly added.
The tiger forest is one of more than 60 wildlife conservation projects in Michigan that are being investigated by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, according and the Ewsra website.”
Tigers are a lot of fun to photograph and to watch, and I think that’s why this documentary is so important, because we have a chance to tell our stories, and to tell stories that people want to hear,” Kelly said.”
That’s why we’re trying to bring in some local support.”
“Tigers are a lot of fun to photograph and to watch, and I think that’s why this documentary is so important, because we have a chance to tell our stories, and to tell stories that people want to hear,” Kelly said.
But there’s a big catch.
The filmmakers have to use some wood, which can be very difficult to work with.
The birds don’t have enough of a habitat to grow, and many of the birds in the film are very small, said Kelly.
The project is not funded by the National Geographic Society, which means that the filmmakers have no control over the species of wood that they’re using or what the wood color is, Goye said.
